History and Philosophy of LaserNation Corporation


The groundwork for LaserNation began in May of 2000 with the purchase of two laser tag centers in the Northern Virginia area that were declining in income. Work began immediately to increase sales, streamline operations, hire and train new employees and standardize procedures. Within four years, from 2001 through 2005, sales increased by 54%, a comprehensive operations manual is in full implementation the stores are managed by skilled employees.


In 2002 a third laser tag center was taken over in Baltimore, Maryland. This center had previously failed two times under former management. By applying our proven management system, sales at this store have increased by 88% in three years (from 2002 through 2005) and it is well managed in compliance with the development of our Operations manual.


In 2005, we decided to expand the company by applying its proven systems, policies, and procedures. After exploring several options, it was determined that the best way to accomplish the expansion was through franchising. The result is LaserNation Franchising Corporation, built upon a strong belief that persons who invest capital in their own businesses will make the best partners for the future growth of LaserNation.
